There is so much more than just meeting building codes.  So many details in the construction phase of your project can save time, money and future problems for happening.  We are focused on the details and "over-build" everything we do.  There is a happy balance between cost and efficiency and some things are well worth spending a little more time and effort on.  We don't plan to meet the minimum requirements, we exceed them.
